$100 for an app that barely works
Ok I’m officially deleting this app…
App No Longer Works - Customer Service Non Existent
The app frankly no longer works. I need to log in and restore my purchases every time I open it. The blocker is never active, because the app doesn’t work, I have no access to communities, modules, etc.
I’ve reached out repeatedly to customer service for a week - in multiple ways. No answer - in fact the messages in app show that no one has even viewed my messages.
At list point it looks like if you join you will be throwing $100-$200 down the drain.
Really ?

Useful app that help you to love your best life
-Courses are really great
-Blocker is decent
-Community message board
-App blocking
-PIN protection
Cons: -Ads unless you pay for premium
-No uninstall protection, but I guess Android doesn't allow that anymore

Hi Stacee, Thanks for that, we appreciate your review. REMOJO has been built for men as an audience in mind, not that it could not be inclusive but our target audience is primarily men. We will think of a derivative product for women, but in the meantime the courses can benefit to both genders. Stay Strong :)

Hi there, we don't use PIN protection on iPhone as it's not possible to enforce. What we use instead is accountability. If you invite an accountability partner, they will be notified when you turn the blocker off, uninstall the app etc. We believe this is the most effective solution for iOS users, given the limitations in terms of device control on iPhones. Can you please try to use this feature to achieve your goals and update your review in light of this information? Thanks, Jack

Hiding cancelation options (stealing money from you)

Hello there, we are very surprised by your comment as this is not how we respond to our users. Like for any other app, cancelling a subscription does not happen in app but through the app store, in the 'subscription management' section. Can you please communicate your details? We want to find the conversation you're describing and who replied to you as this seems very unusual. Thanks
Didn’t work
Don’t waste your money on this. While I admire what they are trying to do here this application is not effective or cost beneficial at this point. Maybe in the future.
