I canceled this subscription, yet I continue to be charged repeatedly every week. I have already made it clear that I no longer authorize these recurring charges.
I am demanding that you immediately stop all future billing and refund every charge that was processed after my cancellation. I have documentation of the cancellation and the subsequent charges.
If these unauthorized charges continue or this matter is not resolved, I will dispute the charges with my financial institution and file complaints with the appropriate consumer-protection agencies. I am also prepared to pursue any legal remedies available to me.
Please consider this my formal notice to stop billing immediately and provide written confirmation of the cancellation and refund.

You have to get a subscription for the most BASIC controls. I cancelled my subscription and they are still trying to charge me and with app if you have a unpaid subscription you can not download anything. This is so weird i literally cancelled the subscription

I absolutely understand the developers need for profit, but as a college student with enough expenses on my plate, I think it’s rather absurd that I should download this app, and be expected to pay a subscription just to access a remote tool when I can simply just download the fire TV app-and even other apps offer the same feature for free.
