Finally!
As a long-time Removery customer, I am so elated there's finally an option to enhance consumer ease and employee relief. This app rocks!
Cannot reschedule on the app
On the app, I can see my future appointment and my previous appointments. But when I try to reschedule I get a message says I need to call in to reschedule. When I call in the automatic system is unable to help me. I can only reschedule if someone at the studio picks up the phone.
