La aplicación funciona bien, pero debería tener un sistema de alertas que ayude a la administración de los equipos.
Werte stimmen nicht
sehr schlecht .. man hat immer das Gefühl die Anlage arbeitet falsch. Ist aber nicht so. Die App zeigt sehr häufig Daten an die einfach nicht stimmen können. 80% Batterie Leistung , 4kW vom Dach und ladet bei sehr geringem Verbrauch 0,5kW trotzdem aus dem Netz? 10min später wieder gestartet zeigt er andere Werte an. Da habe ich bei anderen viel präzisere App gesehen (auch viel aufgeräumter) Die Übersetzung an manchen Stellen hat wahrscheinlich auch ein Übersetzungsprogramm gemacht. Könnte mal ein vernünftiges Update kommen.

Very slow access and bad designed experience
Data access is poorly designed, and it takes several minutes just to view your plant information. Every time you open the app, you’re required to log in, which is very inconvenient and not acceptable behavior for an app in 2025.
After logging in, you’re taken to a “Plant” menu, which makes little sense from a user experience perspective, as most users only have a single plant. If you need to support installers who manage multiple plants, consider creating a separate app for them. For the vast majority of users with just one plant, this extra step is unnecessary and frustrating — it wastes time and requires additional clicks just to access the only plant’s information.

Poderia ser mais explicativo, acho que podem melhorar o app! Nele diz que tem uma nova versão, porém, não atualiza… Alguns detalhes de geração, login e senha e etc, detalhes como esses, poderiam melhorar e tornar a vida dos usuários melhor!🫱🏼🫲🏽

There’s a lot to improve
The whole app certainly requires some improvement. Specifically I would allow typing alphanumeric characters in certain fields where a Serial Number is required to be entered. For instance, the server configuration section does not allow to type in the inverter SN e the wifi module SN. One can only scan the bar or QR code, which sometimes are no longer available on the sticky labels or are difficult to reach.
Moreover I would better organise stations and inverters. In other words, I would first add a station ( meaning the entire photovoltaic system) and add for each station one or more inverters.

Off grid
Add possibility to totally exclude the output power. On a tri phase inverter the parameters 0 set the bilance between the 3 phase, for example 2 phase give power to grid. I don’t want to give my solar power to the line of distributor.
The Home Screen battery stat give wrong number, to see the real battery capacity of my inverter I need to give to statistic and see the perceptual of battery.
When the solar input is 0, the load consume give wrong number, like my home consume 1.2 kwh and app say 67,8 kwh

Renac Update 2.6
Unfortunately I downloaded the new Update 2.6 Now the units on the horizontal Graph are deleted. How can I Go back to Version 2.5 again?😖
This system needs several improvements
OTA updates and capability to remotely manage switching on/off or restart the system and change its configuration should be the standard, these aren’t supported at this time. WiFi module sometimes disconnects and takes several hours to come back online.
The iPad version of the app is just a zoomed version of the iPhone app and supports just portrait.

Very complicated App
Since 3 days I’m trying to connect the App with the Energy solar system. Is first time in my life that I have encountered such complicated app. The provided instruction is not detailed and is not clear. Unfortunately there is no App-support, I really need help and I can’t find who can support me to install the needed devices.
When I will be contacted and supported to configure all the settings I will change the mind and will make from 1 star to 5.

Baixa qualidade do APP
Aplicativo não atualizada em tempo real a produção de energia, não dá informações corretas sobre total gerado dentre outras informações. Concertem isso aí pois o produto de vocês vale muito dinheiro para ter um aplicativo de tão baixa qualidade!
