Good but Glitchy
I really like this app but recently it has been slow on loading each page and the streams on streaming parties have been stuck on zero.
Great app but now playing needs fixing
I very much love this app but it glitches switching songs on the “now playing” it will say the previous song title when I’m on the next song and I have to close the app and re-enter for it to change

i like this app because it lets me see who my top artists are and stuff. but it’s also soo laggy. it takes FOREVER for the streams to update, so some just don’t get counted. it’s annoying because every page takes about 45 seconds to a minute to load. other than that, i really like this app, especially joining streaming parties

Often does not count all streams
The app has a tendency to not always count streams in real time, and I have noticed, that when this happens streams tend to fall through the cracks. If the counting ever lags for more than about thirty minutes at a time, there are always streams that don’t get counted. Today it didn’t track my streams for several hours and when it finally updated, had not counted my first 17 streams. Today wasn’t a day I streamed a lot, so it wasn’t a huge deal but this is a recurring issue where anything over the most recent 50 streams is not counted if the stream count is not updating in real time.

Terrible User Experience
I like the concept of the app, but the experience across the platform is so frustrating that it takes away from any form of enjoyment that I would have from using it. Stay away or find better options to preserve your own sanity.
