Very poor app
This app does not allow multiple accounts to be shown at once without changing accounts. It’s very slow and doesn’t have the feature set that my local bank has.
So disappointed of this Bank after 10 years of doing business
I always love Renasant but now they’re making it really hard to login into all my business accounts and I won’t login so I have to go individual to check all my account accounts not good this the only bank doing this. I’m gonna switch bank because of that hopefully they change it and they allowed us to see all the accounts under one login the business account and the personal.

TRASH APP
It constantly doesn’t work. I call the bank and I’m on hold for over an hour, just for them to hang up and say it’s closed. They over 0% interest, not worth it. FIND ANOTHER BANK!!!!
Cannot search by debit name (paid to) any longer
Used to be able to enter to name of the debtor (paid to) and the transactions would pull up. Memo line info does not pull up the transaction any longer. Why not?
Worst banking app
There is a no way to check more than 5 transactions after the updates. Need to wait till statement get generated to see all transactions.

Love this place. The people make it a fantastic place to do business.

Easily the worst banking app.
Lacks basic features such as password reset for business accounts.
You have to click on each transaction if you want to see the actual details.
EVERY other banking app in the world has these basic features.
Furthermore, their senior executives repeatedly lie about the arrival of advanced mobile technology.

Login problems
I get locked out all the time on the business app. It is the most frustrating app I have ever used because of this. Everything else works fine on the app. If you can get logged in!!!

I have banked with this firm for over six years – I suppose I stay with them out of laziness

Another user stated it but it’s worth repeating-the Brand Bank app was so much better.
As a small business owner this app is frustrating because it’s too complicated and wastes valuable time.
Why do you have to change your password every 60 days? The personal accounts do not require this! Why can your password only be changed using your computer? There is no notification that your password is about to expire! My fingerprint should work as it does with every other secure app I use!

Take a look at Bank of America. Your mobile banking is terrible.
Mobile deposit endorsement AI recognition bad
To get the endorsement accepted by the AI, one must have it written “just so”…I am contemplating and experimenting now to see if it the color of the ink that causes it to think the clearly evident black stamp is not actually there.
This app is a joke.
No support for Face ID and an asinine login flow makes this app a pain to use, and I dread when I have to. That it offers ZERO additional benefits makes this app an embarrassment.
Deposits difficult

I download the app it work 2 times then locks me out on the 3rd use. Locks my SAME PASSWORD every time It’s been doing this a year now

Mobile deposit function needs improvement
For the most part this app is OK but the mobile deposit function needs a lot of improvement. It takes 17 clicks to deposit each check. Compared to a major bank’s app that I use which takes about five clicks, this is very frustrating - especially when depositing multiple checks. Also, many times it does not recognize my endorsement and it makes me to retake the picture of the back of the check. I have not found a method of endorsing that it will accept consistently so I’m always having to re-endorse or write more words on the back of the check.

No Zelle
All banks apps have Zelle now except this one
Miserable to use
Go back to the brand bank app, I hate this app. It has to many screens that don’t do anything. A 1/3 of the time the screen doesn’t recognize the back of the checks. You have to change your password every 6mths. It requires a secret account# a login in name then a password. It’s all too much. you get no notification that your biyearly password has to change so you have to log onto your computer to change your password before the app lets you login again. Not convenient when your traveling.
