ReneCare is a platform for use by cancer, and other chronic care, patients who want reassurance of their health status. An institutional program code or paid subscription and account registration with the ReneCare platform provides full access to tools that help track patient symptoms and other status information in a virtual diary and provides personalized guidance for the patient, caregivers and care team. Access this information and these tools from any device with the application installed using your platform subscription.
