This is has been really helpful for myself. I have type 2 diabetes and am now pregnant, using this app has helped me keep track of meals, carb intake and I can log my blood sugars. It is super helpful having things all in one app instead of dealing with multiple apps or making a notes page to keep track of what I am doing. The team that I work with has access to it as well so they can see and monitor what I am doing and how my blood sugars are looking. I’m hoping they add an insulin feature where you can log insulin too! Which would then help me keep track of my insulin times and dosage.

Overall this app has been extremely helpful for my life style and needs!

User friendly

Pregnancy is a roller coaster ride and then to be diagnosed with gestational diabetes in the most crucial trimester makes things even harder. But the team here at RenewrX has helped make my journey smoother and easier. They provide a step by step guidance by tracking each and every meal that we take, the carb count, the glucose value that we put in the app. They closely monitor us via the app and provide solutions and alternatives to make our meals even better. They ensure that healthy eating is not about eating boring food!

Best user friendly app

This was my first time using Renew RX and can’t explain enough words to describe how helpful and user friendly it was. Also my nutritionist Omaira was a sweetheart. She was always there for me even during the weekend when I suddenly got sick and needed some health tips. I would recommend this and her to make the pregnancy journey easier and smoother for
anyone who is struggling with GD during pregnancy. ❤️❤️

GDM Made Manageable and Enjoyable.

Renew Rx truly changed how I experience gestational diabetes. Based on my first pregnancy, I expected GDM to be exhausting and restrictive, with so many food limitations. Instead, this app showed me that with the right guidance, balanced food choices, and clear recommendations, managing GDM doesn’t have to feel miserable.

Renew Rx focuses on understanding how to eat — not just what to avoid. I can still enjoy my meals while keeping my blood sugar under control, which has made this pregnancy feel much more enjoyable and less stressful. I feel confident, supported, and in control. I highly recommend this app to any mom navigating GDM.

Connection issue

The CGM connection is an absolute nightmare. It constantly disconnects, takes forever to set up, and wastes so much time.

Empty Promises, Big Bills

I regret ever trying Renew Rx. The service is absolutely not worth what you pay for. At one point, I tested their app beta for free, only to later get billed for services they never even provided. It honestly felt like they were just reaching out to see if their app was working.
They also made it sound like their services would be covered by insurance, and if not, they’d “take care of it.” But once the bills started piling up, their tune completely changed. Suddenly, it was “contact your medical practice, not us.” No accountability whatsoever.
Definitely not an app and a service I would recommend.

This app is amazing. It allows me to snap a photo of my meal, pulls data from my CGM, and allows me to connect directly with a coach, all from my phone!

Worst app

Nothing works! You can’t connect your CGM. Everything is soooo slow, it hangs, interrupts, loads indefinitely. UX is not at all intuitive. Just bad.
