Tried to use the app multiple times and prebooked for the next morning - only to wake up and be told it’s been cancelled!! How do I get to work with such an unreliable booking service?! I have to walk….. avoid please - don’t waste your time

I live in Bridge of Weir and have used this company several times. Every single experience has been worse than the last.
The call operators are rude, impatient, and completely incompetent when it comes to solving problems. It’s shocking that this level of service is acceptable.
The pre-booked cars are never on time. The shortest delay I’ve experienced was 40 minutes, and the longest was an hour. At that point, what is even the point of booking?
Drivers are rude and frequently cancel bookings without reason, leaving passengers stranded and plans ruined.
The number of negative reviews speaks for itself, yet nothing ever changes. The company continues to respond with generic copy-and-paste replies while the service remains consistently unacceptable.
At this stage, it’s hard to understand how this company is still operating.
