App Glitches
Spent a lot of time trying to create a listing multiple times only to have to cancel all my headway because of one glitch or another.
Kinda bad
You can see apartments but when you go to submitting does not go through so just use online, safari. Waste time
Excellent app, best one for GTA and Ontario listings
Whoever is involved in building the rent compass app definitely knows what they’re doing. They deserve to be compensated well. Only issue I found is that some of the listings have already been taken but are still present on the app.

Slow to find updates
Most of the listings are outdated. Many of the listings are 2 or 3 months old. Nothing in the lower rent bracket at all for those on disability or low-income.
Old listing with real estate agents
Seems like all old listings with agents that just want you to call them. See many places (over 10) listed for $1800, $1900, $2000 by the same realtor to call and find out they are all gone and only have places in the $2200 range.
