ImmoScout24 allows you to search for apartments and houses to rent or buy across Germany. You can filter listings by various criteria, save your favorites, and communicate directly with property providers. It also offers tools for sellers to list their properties and for buyers to check their chances of finding a home.
You can search for properties by address, town, or district, and even draw your desired search area directly on the map. Detailed filters include size, number of rooms, price, and specific criteria like the number of flatmates or rental period. Push notifications can alert you to new listings matching your search.
The app is free to download and use for searching for properties. However, certain premium features, such as MieterPlus and KäuferPlus, which aim to increase your chances of finding a property or getting a SCHUFA enquiry, are available for a fee.
For those looking to sell or let, the app provides tools like a price atlas and real estate valuation to get a free estimate of your property's worth. You can also create a listing to put your property online and connect with Germany's largest estate agent network.
While specific compatibility details are not provided in the description, ImmoScout24 is a mobile application, implying it is designed for use on smartphones and tablets. Users typically download it from app stores like Google Play for Android devices and the App Store for iOS devices.
