The worst app that ever I used
Manipulative advertising
Immoscout advertises their platform as 29,99€/month but in reality you’re signing a 3-month contract for 89,97€. This is incredibly deceptive and very misleading. They also do not seem to follow the App Store rules, making you sign up for their subscription through their site rather than through the app directly just to bypass apple’s rules. This app needs to get taken down.
Additionally, the app is very slow and poorly designed for daily apartment hunting and everything is hidden behind paywalls.

Great coverage of German real estate
Great coverage across all of Germany. Maintains an easy interface to scroll and find options. I love this app.
Trapped in a 12 month contract
Be very careful before signing up for a premium membership here. I only needed the service for 2 months to find an apartment, but I am now locked into paying for a full 12-month subscription. Even though I immediately requested to terminate the service because I no longer use it, they refuse an early exit and continue to charge me every month. While this is legally permitted in Germany, I find this rigid contract structure highly consumer-unfriendly for a service that people typically only need temporarily.

Complete scam. I signed up because the app advertised a plan for €20 for six months. After a few weeks, I received a bill for €84 from a lawyer’s firm. A house search app should not be sending collection letters for a misleading app service. We also called the firm and no one answers.
Complete waste of money
Got nothing from this that I could not get from the free version. Plus the site is horrendous. Their IT team must be a team of circus clowns

Ok except for premium membership
The app is good for the most part. Easy to navigate and find information. Built in translation and map features. The major flag is that you can only sign up for Suchen+ for 3, 6, or 12 months. I only need one month and a lot of the top listings are only available for Suchen+ members. Would have more stars if not for that.

Every single listing is locked behind their awful overpriced subscription service. You’re forced into a multiple month contract with no way of paying month to month (scam). Avoid at all costs
