Rental Car Proof

Rental car damage charges can appear on your card weeks after you've returned the vehicle - often for damage you never caused. Rental Car Proof helps you build the evidence you need to challenge an unfair charge, before it ever happens. HOW IT WORKS At pickup, Rental Car Proof guides you through a simple photo checklist covering every angle of the vehicle, the odometer, the fuel gauge, and any existing damage. Every photo is automatically timestamped and geotagged, so you have proof of exactly when and where it was taken. At drop-off, do the same again. If a damage claim shows up later, you will have a complete before-and-after record ready to go. WHY PHOTOS, NOT VIDEO Photos are the evidence format recognised by card network chargeback processes. Video is harder to submit and easier for a rental company to dispute. Rental Car Proof is built around what actually works when you need to push back on a charge. EVIDENCE PACK When you need it, Rental Car Proof compiles your photos, timestamps and rental details into a single evidence pack you can send directly to your card issuer or the rental company. WHO IT IS FOR Anyone renting a car for leisure or business who wants to protect themselves from being held responsible for damage that is not theirs, whether this is your first rental or your fiftieth. GETTING STARTED Start documenting a rental for free. Rental Car Proof offers additional rentals and features through an optional subscription. Rental Car Proof does not provide legal or insurance advice, and cannot guarantee the outcome of any dispute. It exists to help you collect the strongest evidence possible, so you are in the best position if a claim ever comes your way.
