App does not work
App does not allow you to put down payment which leaves you stuck at that point. Can’t scroll or anything
Simple App at Fingertips
This app is a great summary of the spreadsheets I utilize on my laptop and iPad all the time. Having this calculator right at my fingertips makes property analysis that much quicker and easier overall.
I would love to see this app include three new sections of line items.
1) a breakout of operating expenses instead of one sum
2) a line for home insurance
3) a line for a tax rate as many of the properties I work with have drastically different rates.

Please feel free to send us your feedback. At the moment you can enter the percentage down payment and the application will calculate automatically. The reason we did it this way is to make it a quick and easy way to calculate NCF and IRR.

Great tool
So incredibly easy to use and super fast way to analyze property to make a quick decision . Being new to rental investments we where nervous about deciding what to buy . This app takes the guess work out.
