Excellent service

I ordered AC , the executives are very supportive and interactive , we can reach out to them and they help for seamless process. Kudos to Yash sharma who helped me for renting the AC.
The app should be updated, on orders , support tickets status updates.

Worst service and products

Please do not believe on pictures they show. I have received product in worst condition. Very smelly refrigerator and washing machine shows PE error everytime I use. I requested them to take back your products irrespective of my rent but they didn’t even reply. They deducted next months rent also. My calls unanswered. WhatsApp msg left on ‘seen’ Now I am stuck with these worst 2 products and they didn’t refund my deposit and advance rent. I have reported fraud transaction in my bank too and stop Autopay. Anyone want proof please contact me I will send you all chats and product photos. It is biggest scam. Please do not trust them they will give coupon codes to attract.

Brand new product received

I ordered Microwave Oven from APP there was a delay in delivering but they delivered New like microwave and not it is working just like new .
So I believe the company needs to work on the communication with the customer. All the updates regarding the order must convey to customer as soon as possible

Loved the app

This is an amazing app with such vast variety of products that can be rented out. I’m able to rent out stuff that I’m not using anymore at such nominal subscription cost.
