Can’t type on iPhone 16
The app doesn’t let you type a description on iPhone. If you start typing in description box, it lets you add a few words and then will not let you add any more words or delete words or use voice to text.

Don’t let you select a category other than “wastewater” when you try to send a request.

This app is amazing to submit any issues you see in your neighborhood & it gets routed to the correct department with follow up.

I like the app when you saw the time to report dumping or other issues. It would be great if if there was a way for it to be integrated with reporting Non Emergency police type issues. Like people who have the ring doorbell too loud or other stuff where you don’t really wanna call the police, but you want the city notified so they can come check on it. Or having them check on buildings during permit stuff like that if there was a way we could just submit that online and have someone check it out that would be great. i’m really glad we have this app. I think it helps. Keep city clean.
