Won’t let me add a tenant after filling everything out or it’ll say email is already in use..

It’s not able to add tenant information.
Some reason if you don’t fill out every line it does not allow you to submit a tenant. The app was not excepting an email address so I was not able to add a Tenant. Pls reach out to me for assistance thank you. Larry

Rentpal made my first foray into property management a breeze. It is an ingenious idea in a stagnant industry, and I recommend to all owners/tenants.
Design and User Interface
The design is modern and simplistic yet justified and elegant. RentPal has allowed me to not only accept trusted payments but also remind my tenants when they need to be paying the rent... great app!

Rentpal is the most convenient way to pay my rent. This app has made my life so much easier. Prior to downloading the app I had to meet up with my land lord to give her cash or a check and now I can just do it by the palm of my hand with any form of payment! I can even use PayPal! Also I am so much more organized! Thank you creators of Rentpal for saving me a lot time and energy!
