Rent Tracker

Looked ok. Then I saw the monthly fees. I just wanted a purchased not pay per month service. No place for actual tenant suites, sizes or notes about each lease.

too pricey... ok to use..

I have this app for 2 days now.. it's not the best one by desigh.. a little dull without extra nice features as option to send rent receipts, store document images and edit names of units. what's great is the option to share info with wife or business partners. but for $9 a month service fee it's a little too much for a toy... I would pay $20 annually.. no more..
