App crashes after every upload

Not sure if the other reviewer was thinking of CCC app you can’t see estimate hours or dollar amount of estimate in repair center.
Our team likes the photo capabilities you can circle and have arrow pointing to the damage all built in to the app. They also like that they can invert the photo helps show minor dents and imperfections on hard to photo colors. Techs,shop Forman estimator
?? Can attach tasks change status call or email customer from the app and also update file and type in notes into the hub feature. Like any mobile app you need good
Wifi. The app works great and is a great tool if utilized to its full potential. Only down side you can’t open up a new opportunity in the app although you can still see your opportunities and attach photos even though it’s not converted to a work order.

App crashes
Loaded it on three different iPads, rebooted after install. After logging in, ReapirCenter app crashes after startup on all three iPads. iPadOS 13.x.x

Doesn’t work at all reinstalled it 3 times still nothing don’t waist your time

Wish our techs weren’t shown the estimate total in the vehicle location. Rather they see and use it for documenting and any attachments. App seems to have glitches between all our iPads and depending who’s logged in. Not consistent.

Tried this on my iPhone. Starts to open, delays a few seconds and then minimizes itself. Select it again and process repeats.
Useless
There is very little info available on the app. You can't view the estimate lines or parts. Also, the photo portion stretches photos and inverts it. Needs work to make the app useful.

We have been told for 6 months now that an update is coming anytime to fix all the bugs and yet still no update. The search function still didn't work. If you put notes in the app it doesn't transfer to the file on the desk top and if you move a vehicle through production on the app it also doesn't transfer to the desk top. Pretty useless at this point.

Needs a total revamp!
It's dark not inviting at all. Need a total revamp! Why not give us all and if not all the features as the desktop version? Why not even have it look similar to the desktop version?

Buggy at best
The concept is great, but the execution is poor. The Search feature by R.O. Worked once upon a time, but now it is non-functional because it doesn't bring up the keyboard. Also, you should be able to update the vehicle location from the app.
Unusable
Can't log in even with correct credentials & activation code. I have no problem on PC. Please fix !! This app is critical for a service we already pay for.
Needs work!
I love the intentions of this app & was very excited to use it. But, there are a few fixes that really need to be made. Some of the RO's are not showing, you can't type in a number in the RO search, and there needs to be more setting options.

Not enough
Cool that Mitchell went mobile - but this needs more functionality for a production manager. Id like to change promise dates and update status notes. Nothing it currently displays is particularly useful for me running my shop.
Crashes
Web status crashes the app for some labor assignments. Please double check all combinations. Otherwise good first step. Need vin decoder, someway to order parts....
Manager
So easy to use! The tasking piece is so great. Being able to be connected to your tasks as you move about the shop helps you increase your customer service by never missing a follow up item.

Very useful app, I can think of many possible upgrades to add, but a solid first version.

This is such a great app for me to run my shop!! I now can update any RO on the fly, change status, take photos and upload directly to the RO, as well as update my customer!!
