Worked about 50% of the time until recently not at all
Constant scans that would run and return as no codes found when check engine light was clearly on. From checking history I found these scans were not even valid showing as NO VIN. Now the scan runs to 90% and shows an error with a troubleshooting screen. Can’t get it to work at all anymore

Refuses to connect
Tried with my Innova 3160g scanner, iPhone 11 Pro and an iPad mini 5 and app would not connect over Bluetooth. The 3160g by itself is great, the TepairSolutions app seems to be no good

When I first got this app it works well. The last few times I need to use this app it will connect but it just sits and spins, will not download the issues. Frustrating!
Very limited function
The wireless device cost hundred. All you get is engine code read and erase function. Does not give you the ability to reset oil service or any service reset option. For hundred dollar you can get a feature rich tool. As is this is not worth half the price.

No fixes for my trouble codes
It’s OK for downloading OBD2 codes from my car, but after I purchased a care plan, the customer service rep explained that RepairSolutions does not have any fixes for “generic” codes P0000-P0999.
Just doesn’t work
Bluetooth will not connect to my iPhone 8 Plus running iOS 12.2. Tried it about 10 times. Took it back to AutoZone and ordered the highly rated BlueDriver OBD II from Amazon.

The app really shows you alot of things. How to videos and articles. Provides codes and tells you what they are. The layout and design of the app is great too. Easy to navigate throughout the app.
Surprisingly intuitive
When I was told my 3160g works with this app I immediately downloaded it going in blind. Was really surprised with how easy it is to use. Overall very satisfied.
