Awful App
This is an awful payment app for businesses. It continually crashes and now I can’t access it all!!!! If the company suggest using this app, just know you’ll most likely have to use their alternative payment options.
Barely Works
The app constantly crashes and makes you log in multiple times. Payment information and due dates aren’t clearly displayed. I wouldn’t use this app at all if there was another way for me to pay the bill I use this for.
App Crashes and will not connect
Since the last update, the “add merchant” screen will not update to my merchant when I type it in. It just spins and spins. If I go into the login screen without a merchant, it will crash. I have to go to the login screen without a merchant, select change merchant, and then it will update to my actual merchant and display their logo at the top of the screen. However, once I see that and log in, I can see “Manage Accounts (0)” on the screen for a moment and then it crashes. I am able to get to my account but only through a web browser now and the information there is accurate so I know all of this is just in the app only. There is no app support in the app itself. I’ve gone to the website and here in the App Store selected the contact support. But they’re not available on the weekends. This app seems very basic and now is completely broken for iOS users.
