HORRIBLE
This app is incredibly glitchy and only works correctly a fraction of the time. It makes many errors on time cards that have to be manually corrected and causes employees to miss breaks and clock in late due to issues opening the app. Super disappointing and unacceptable.
Nothing works
Takes 5 attempts to log in, geolocation isn’t even close to accurate, clocking in sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t (you’ll only find out when you try to make the next punch), takes a day for a timesheet submission to submit to the next person, throws random errors if the breeze blows in the wrong direction. I cannot think of one positive from Replicon. I refuse to believe this “service” was written by a person who actually develops apps. I can’t tell what’s worse, Teams or Replicon?

User unfriendly won’t stay logged on
Continues to be the worst app on the planet. Instead of simplifying log in still have to type in password, wait for and hopefully get a security text, enter that then 2 more questions just to punch in or out. Then once finally logged in navigation to do anything else is not fun 🫤 please just fix it

Needs a lot of improvement
This app is incredibly awful to use. It is constantly logging me out the app regardless of my settings. I try and contact someone to help and of course all links on the site are broken/not working. I have never hated an app. Until now.
Not user friendly
Have to constantly type log in full credentials including text verification just to punch in for work. It takes too long and that should not happen with an app. Ridiculous

This app is the bane of my existence. It single-handedly makes me dread going into work every day. I log in multiple times again and again and it always immediately kicks me out again. I can’t accurately track my time if I can’t get into the app to turn the clock on or off!! I’m coming here to vent after yet another series of multiple failed login attempts. This app is the worst

Improvement
I had like the accessibility of this app at a previous time but after one of the updates the whole app just went downhill. I didn’t have any problems with signing in and staying signed in, I didn’t have any problems clocking in and out, I didn’t have any problems viewing my times and requesting off but after the update that’s all I deal with. It’s like the update was made to be inconsistent and an inconvenience at best. Time after time the app logs me out just for me to sign in and then log me out on its own again. This app could do better.

Not user friendly
The whole point of having an app is to simplify log in and use. I keep getting locked out and have to jump through a ridiculous series of hoops just to log back in. Then I can’t navigate-most of the time it won’t let me do what I need to do I have ask hr for help this needs to be fixed
Keeps signing me out
This app is horrible. Every single day I have to sign into the app as it kicks me out. The worst thing is when I’m ready to go to lunch, I’m kicked out and have to sign in. At this point, I’ve logged in a full days work just in logging in.
Horrible App!
This app is absolutely dreadful. Constantly clocking in or transferring into a specific task only for it to instead pick the one suggested on the Home Screen. Also there are numerous times I’ve clocked in only to open up the website later on my desktop to find that it never registered and then I have to manually add a punch with hopefully the right time. It is very slow and if you’re trying to review your text past timesheets to find hours spent in a specific task you’ll eventually break the app as it will initiate into an invite load screen that is only interrupted by a failure alert. App is completely logged out each time I close it
App should stay logged in with device security. This one does not. I have to jump through hoops to log on each time I open it so end up punching in late. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling-nope. Beyond annoying

This app is a joke. It’s like something from the 90’s that people just kept adding to. Unfortunately, for work I’ve been using this for years, it’s constant failure and constant extra work on my part to erase all of their duplicate entries. And people pay for this garbage?
Confirm
Can you make the app confirm your lunch or clock out punches do avoid miss punches.
Hours submitting
It’s takin longer when submitting time sheets or I’m getting a error message. Also I don’t see the circle where hours are displaying

This app is terrible. Theyre slow laggy clunky and displays information that just isn’t true. But who cares when you service companies and can offer a bottom of the barrel product right?
Fix the bugs for god sake
When I try to login I get an error of my company not being recognized after 3 years of using the app and submitting my timesheets. After an update nothing is valid? Way to go QA/QC you did fantastic.
Time off option
Several of my coworkers have the option/icon as pictured here while others don’t. We’re required to input our time off but some of us can’t. The app’s support directs you to a YouTube video that is a complete waste of time. Also, I tried getting help on my personal phone but the app sez it doesn’t have that number in their system?!? I’m logged in as me!!!

Stopped working
We use 2FA at work and I still cannot login. Just keeps taking me back to the login screen. App hasn't worked properly for a long time now. Keep checking to see but getting the same result.

Easy and handy to use on laptop and mobile!!
Approvals with no excuses!
We struggled in the past with managers approving timesheets, on time. This mobile app has push notifications and banners that essentially remove that problem altogether! No more excuses about not being near a computer.
