Unreliable billing and punitive account management
Do not rely on this platform for anything critical. My account was suspended multiple times due to their confusing, erratic billing system, despite having valid payment methods. They mask their platform's instability by blaming the user's bank, and their support team refuses to provide any accountability or escalation pathways for billing grievances. It is a highly frustrating experience where you are effectively paying for service you cannot access. Their automated enforcement policy is broken and punitive. A company clearly trending in the wrong direction. Save yourself the headache and use a more reliable provider.

Amazed……that’s it.
Great at First, but Now Expensive and Frustrating
Replit was one of the best AI platforms for building apps and websites when I first started using it. However, after more than a year—and especially with Agents 5 and 6—the experience has gone downhill.
Debugging issues get stuck in loops, instructions are often not implemented correctly the first time, and I sometimes have to repeat the same request two or three times and republish the project multiple times just to get what I originally asked for. The agent is also much slower, which burns through credits and makes every project more expensive.
Some issues have taken nearly 24 hours to debug. I have been charged as much as $250 in a single day and then had to purchase another $100 in credits just to keep working. When I contacted customer service, they focused on explaining agent fees instead of addressing why the agent was repeatedly failing, looping, and using so many credits.
Replit still has great potential, but customers should not be charged for repeated attempts caused by the agent failing to follow instructions or fix problems correctly. Billing needs to be more transparent, failed agent runs should be reviewed and credited, and customer service needs to offer real solutions.
