Replit is an amazing vibe coding companion. If you can think of good architecture it can build it for you, all done in English!

The app is incredible, but the reason for 3 stars is that once it hits a bug, the agent becomes stubborn and its logic becomes broken. Simply fixes are sometimes impossible to achieve. (Something as little as fixing the logic behind assigning product locations)
In app and outside app billing issue
I purchased app upgraded pro outside app through Link. Does redirect pay for took money on my account but then did not up date core service inside app. Once I did an app purchase, it worked like it should that’s a bug. You should probably look at.

Worst in class customer support
Multi-year Replit customer here. Replit is a great app but their customer support is beyond terrible. Lovable responds in 1 day or less with great resolutions. Replit takes days to respond and often completely fails to resolve issues that their own poor architecture has introduced.
Lovable is much more stable for your projects. Strongly recommend avoiding Replit.

Not worth the hype
I had a very disappointing experience with Replit.
I paid for credits that I believe i know I never received. After that, my account was locked, leaving me unable to access my projects. Months later, I started receiving emails saying my projects would be deleted unless I upgraded to Core, even though I had already paid for services in the past.
Fortunately, I had already copied my work and rebuilt my app elsewhere, so I didn't lose the project. However, the way this situation was handled caused me to lose trust in the platform.
If you're considering using Replit, I recommend reading their billing, account access, and data retention policies carefully before committing. This review reflects my personal experience.

The Best App i have used so far
The Best
Good app but a money grab
This is app is great but subscribing just to still have a cap and have to buy more etc to me kind of defeats the purpose of subscribing.
Fine for websites but not much else
Been trying to build a game using this and let’s just say I would rather give an Indian guy my money to develop it than waste money with the amount of mistakes it makes

Yea kinda weird for a 4+ app it should be 9+ but it’s very surprisingly good, it’s better than base 44 100% and devs if your reading this keep up the good work but you should probably change it to 9+ but how do I make an app this is weird

I just spent $50 on an invoice for my agent usage, right? And when I go to type it’s said verify your phone number navigate to account verify and phone number or something like that but anyway I look I don’t see it I ask chatgpt still don’t see it and I’m not bout pay $20 per month after I just spent $50 and I’ve been looking for it for a day now. I just have one more prompt left and then I can publish this app, if anyone has answers, please tell me

Good for rich people
The new update is actually pretty decent, i couldn’t find ye old assistant, and my credits ran out after 2 prompts, my monthly credits. I get its a company that needs to make money but two prompts and no credits for a entire month is crazy. If they really wanna let 2 prompts be the limit i wish they would let you download a separate AI or something like chatgpt or your own claude to be able to natively read files. I also wish it was easier to export files, as there is no way to uniformally export a file to get someone else to be able to quickly find a bug, but granted the files are decently sorted using the ai, better than before where there was 500 random files and you take 5 prompts telling the ai to sort the files into something readable. Anyways i will be waiting a month to use it again because my computer hasn’t worked in years and my iPhone 6 can’t render in many big engines

this app it’s a waste of time energy and money , Don’t use this app it’s a scam They will over charged you , bugs and no matter how many times you tell the agent to do something , the agent will do a different thing and you will wanna fix it cause you want your app to work well and that’s how they make money they don’t want your app to work well so you keep spending money on fixing it , also pay attention to your usage speeding cause they will scam you there as well .

Great for building any type of app that you want doesn’t matter if it’s a social platform a storefront for your business for booking and scheduling Replit does it all is very easy to understand and work and very convenient outside of the $20 subscription the server and invoice cost are not that high either
