RepLock: Push Up App Blocker

Choose the apps you want to block, complete a short workout, bank unlock minutes, and decide when to use them. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose what you want RepLock to block. 2. Complete push-ups, squats, planks, squat holds, or jumping jacks. 3. Let camera-based motion detection count reps or hold time during the workout. 4. Save earned minutes in your Focus Bank and use them to unlock selected apps. MAKE FOCUS FEEL LIKE A GAME Follow a workout journey, build streaks, earn XP, climb ranks, challenge bosses, and compare workout volume on leaderboards. The RPG layer gives each short set a reason beyond the rep. CHOOSE YOUR RULES Adjust how much movement earns a minute, set backup-access limits, choose whether earned time carries over, and use reminders to keep the routine on track. Some settings and extended game content require RepLock Pro. SEE THE TRADE Track earned, redeemed, and backup minutes alongside exercise breakdowns, recent activity, streaks, and longer-term stats. PRIVACY-MINDED CAMERA COUNTING Camera access is used only while an exercise camera screen is active. RepLock does not require recording or uploading workout videos and stores workout results—not camera footage. RepLock uses Apple’s Screen Time and Family Controls features to manage selected apps, categories, and web domains. Apple’s privacy-preserving system keeps the contents of other apps, messages, and browsing history hidden from RepLock. RepLock is a fitness and productivity tool, not a medical device.
