"Report-A-Fault" is a mobile application that provides a convenient channel for reporting issues (e.g. Cleanliness, Defects, etc.) of properties under JTC. Users will take photos of defects, select the specific JTC property based on location, input short descriptions and feedback submission would be routed to JTC Officers instantly.
