Super Messenger
Ein sicherer Messenger aus Europa - damit eine gute Alternative zum amerikanischen Sign*l. Wir sind hier schon sehr lange zufriedene User. Besonders wichtig ist uns neben dem Datenschutz nach DGSVO die Gerätesynchronisation zwischen iPad und iPhone. Auch eingebundene gifs sind für uns von Bedeutung. Eine Linkvorschau bei geteilten Songs aus Apple Music gefällt uns auch. Außerdem sind die einzelnen Messages optisch gut voneinander getrennt und damit sehr übersichtlich. Aus unserer Sicht ist der WIRE Messenger sehr empfehlenswert.

Updated review - AWFUL SHOCKING APP
Updated 2026: SHOCKING SHOCK ING SHOCKING APP!!!!! If I was you, AVOID AVOID AVOID. Video calls never connect and when they do it’s jumping all over the place and delayed as for before it STILL takes 3 attempts to make a video call, phone calls there is approx a 30 second delay so you cannot actually have a conversation with someone. If I was the CEO or the “creator” of this app I would be embarrassed. This is not a successful app, this is abysmal. It’s unfortunate that I have to continue to use this app and I am ONCE again looking forward to the day I NEVER have to use this again. If you would like a successful app and without any negative comments.. I would sort it out! If I could I’d leave 0 starts out of 5.
useless useless app!! Messages do not send straight away and get stuck on sent, if you don't realise you could be waiting hours for a response but actually the message had never sent!! To make a video call it takes at least 3 attempts to get it to connect, to either see said persons face, the 2nd time you can see but not hear them and then the 3rd finally works!! Drains your phone battery even when not using it, looking forward to the day I never have to use this app again.

The third part ( like troll & bots) are listening when i have a video call on wire. My voice echo is coming back to me while I’ve conversation
Notifications
This app is nice to talk to my friends overseas, however it is very annoying that it still sends notifications while the app is open and you’re in the middle of a convo. You have to clear the notification for literally every single message that comes through. Can you guys fix that? Sure I can turn it off while using it, and then back on again, but no other app is like that. It’s inconvenient when I’m in and out of the app doing other things. I wouldn’t get notified to come back to the app when I get another message.

Phantom notifications
Please add a location in the app where I can view all of the reasons the app has given me a notification.
like a “these are all of the previous notifications you have received” (user) (action) so notification
But the phantom notifications, when I receive a notification and there’s no reason why I should be receiving one that I can see are driving me insane.
