Hello I was charged twice in one day and would like to cancel. How can I use the remaining time I was charged for and then close the account? I can’t find the option to close it.

Buggy, doesn't work, threats from insta about acct suspension
Had app almost 6 months. At first it worked, now it doesn't. It won't refresh, I'm constantly getting logged out, and the Friends Tracker portion is completely inaccurate.
Whenever I try to log in to the app (which is necessary due to all the bugs) I get logged out of Instagram and get warnings about suspicious behavior and threats of account getting suspended from Instagram.
