What is the point of paying when it doesn’t work?

The app doesn’t do anything when you put the number even after paying fior a yearly subscription . That developer must have not understood the importance of trust in how to win the respect of the consumer after payment of the app as a yearly subscription. What a ripoff, being taken advantage oof the fact that it was rated prematurely at 5 stars when it should’ve not been rated until after the app has been used and tested to make sure it’s working Ike it’s supposed to.
