I wouldn’t recommend this app, I haven’t used it because I was skeptical and suspicious of it taking my account information and logging me out of my account, but in the marketing label they say they don’t share data to third party members but in the privacy policy it states clearly that they share data and information to third party members, and allows them to share to third party members too.

Randomly deleted my account out of nowhere
I bought a years membership and out of nowhere the app refused to let me log back into my Instagram account. It’ll track my personal account and for weeks has refused to track my business account. I want a refund. I have reached out to customer service and have been met with silence.

I bought the weekly option, I had deleted the app and reinstalled it but it does not give me what I paid for
SCAM!!! Be careful!
I bought the subscription just to see who blocked me specifically. It showed me 5 random profiles that I know are fake profiles and they’re trying to say I’m blocked by them. I know two accounts and plus I used one of my other accounts to try it out and none of those 3 accounts that I know for a fact I’m blocked on, showed up. I want my money back.

Great app but
I love this app it helps know who unfollows so you can take them off too. But I’m upset rn bc it hasn’t been working and I’m paying for it!!!!! it keeps saying update failed I also don’t like the fact that you can only update it every so often to see how many people unfollowed you etc. you should be able to do it as much as you want when you’re paying for it. It’s kicking me off lately and every time I try to refresh it it keeps saying update failed and not working. Please fix this ASAP. I’m getting upset because I’m actually paying for the app. If it doesn’t get fixed, I’ll be canceling it and taking it off and finding another.

Basically useless if you don’t pay the money. And gives fake information when you DO pay the money
Takes money but doesn’t acknowledge subscription
I guess the app is OK but I literally paid for a subscription. It took the money out of my account and it even says I’m subscribed under my Apple subscriptions but within the app, it keeps telling me I have to subscribe so it took my money, but it’s not giving me the services. The app is weird idk. Subscribe at your own risk

This app sucks you have to pay to see it’s a money grab and it will hack your insta thankfully I came to my senses before it was to late and changed my password
Can’t see who’s not following me unless I pay??
I liked this app until it all of a sudden stopped allowing me to view who’s unfollowed me and/or who’s not following me back unless it’s a creator I’ve favorited (something that was a free analytic to view)
