I paid thinking I’d be able to download / repost / convert, yet I’m stuck behind a perpetual payment prompt advising me to purchase premium … I paid for the full year subscription… is this a legitimate app at all or purely a scam ?

Explain the process better.

Confusing. I wanted it downloaded to my library so I could post.
I downloaded a video that I wanted to post from my own media from my phone and now I cannot find the video and it doesn’t tell me where the video goes once it’s downloaded.
