Paid for premium doesn’t work
I paid thinking I’d be able to download / repost / convert, yet I’m stuck behind a perpetual payment prompt advising me to purchase premium … I paid for the full year subscription… is this a legitimate app at all or purely a scam ?

Confusing. I wanted it downloaded to my library so I could post.

I am a real person- I’m a young / small / 3 subscribers like animator and all these other artists have AMAZING sounding audio as in I don’t know how to get that I’ve tried Spotify I’ve tried SoundCloud and Apple Music but none worked so I hopped onto YouTube and got to searching I found an app that didn’t work and instead downloaded this one WHICH IS A LIFE SAVER. With this app I hope every animation video I do has amazing audio and not background noises and my loud fan ;v; thank you a bunch! :)
Hello! It’s little o’l me again! And I have this problem idk if it’s just personal or not buuut… it won’t save certain files saying ‘ can’t save live video ‘ with some of the animations I want to download and it’s a real pain to try and find one where it doesn't do that I should know. I’ve taken an hour trying not being rude or sassy or anything but is there a way to fix it? I have the premium so i don’t know what could be wrong with it but if it’s normal then what can I do?
