Logging now keeps up with you on the gym floor. ・"Continue" on the home screen logs the same weight and reps as your last set in one tap, and starts the rest timer ・"Today" gathers the lifts and sets you have done today, so switching lifts is one tap ・Add your own exercises for dumbbell, machine or cable work you cannot film from the side (no form score on those) ・Your best weight and best estimated 1RM per lift are remembered, and shown right where you pick the weight You can now check your form without any equipment. ・Push-ups and pull-ups are supported (eight lifts in total) After each note, you now know what to do next. ・Every note comes with one thing to focus on in your next set ・Each one also links to a drill, with three steps, to rebuild the movement You can try the results screen without a video. ・"See a sample result" on the home screen shows the scoring, the notes and the skeleton in motion Ready for the gym floor. ・A rest timer runs while the analysis does, and shows on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island ・A framing check before you record tells you if your whole body is in frame ・Squats can be filmed head-on, which shows knee cave and left-right differences ・You can log sets you didn't film ・Pro now has a yearly plan ・Filming now has a 3-second countdown and stops itself after 90 seconds ・The exercise screen shows last time's weight, score and the one thing to fix ・Logging weight and reps is now free (total volume stays in Pro) ・You can log weights in pounds ・Log RPE and a note for how the set felt ・Calculators for plate loading and your estimated 1RM ・"How to do it" for every lift: setup, common mistakes, and where to start ・For subscribers, the Pro tab is now a hub: renewal date, this week's summary, and shortcuts to reports, the calendar and side-by-side comparison New things to keep you coming back. ・Set a weekly goal for how many days you train (three days by default) ・The home screen shows this week's progress and your streak of weeks hit ・Pick days and a time for a reminder (scheduled entirely on your device) ・When you beat your best score for a lift, the results screen says so Set-level numbers are now shown. ・Average tempo, and how consistent your tempo was (out of 100) ・If your reps slowed by half a second or more in the second half, we say so You can still see your progress without Pro. ・Your last three records are available without a subscription ・Each score now says what it means (90 or above means no major breakdown) ・See how much your score changed from your previous set of the same lift ・If your form starts to break down mid-set, we tell you which rep it started on Some things are easier to use, too. ・A diagram shows where to put your phone. It appears when analysis fails, too ・"Analyze another set" on the results screen takes you straight to your next set ・A new "How to read this" section explains the thresholds behind each judgement ・Settings now shows your own success rate (these numbers stay on your device) ・The tabs are now Train / History / Settings ・History groups by day, and you can filter it by lift ・The skeleton player has rep-by-rep skipping, frame stepping and 0.25x playback, so you can jump straight to the rep a note came from Scoring is more precise. ・The same note now costs more or fewer points depending on how far off you were. A rep that just missed and a rep that broke down badly no longer score the same ・Scores from this version on move more than before. Older records keep the score they were saved with, so you may see a step in the progress graph Fixes. ・Leaving the results screen for another tab and coming back could analyze the same video again and save a second copy of the record ・Settings now has "Tidy up duplicate records" to clear copies already saved ・Exercise names were shown twice in English
