New streak and calendar system on the History screen. See your training consistency at a glance with a monthly calendar showing workout days colour-coded by split type. Interactive controls on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Log a set, add a rep, or skip rest without opening the app. New Recovery tab with a front/back body map showing muscle fatigue based on your recent training - Tap any muscle group for details The app now suggests your next workout based on your Push/Pull/Legs rotation. The suggestion appears on the home screen and the History screen. Instant start Start a workout from a template, a previous session, or an empty session with a single tap. No more configuring exercises before you lift. Add, remove, and reorder exercises during an active session. Exercise-specific motion profiles for the full library.
