Es muy lento para el estado de cuentas, se demora mucho tiempo en actualizarse los gastos hechos en relación con el dinero real existente en mi cuenta lo que hace que en ocasiones mi cuenta vaya a sobre giro

Your app sucks
Horrible updating banking info along with no pending transactions anymore. Takes a whole week just to see any change to my account. Looking to switch banks in the near future bc of this.
Stop asking me to rate the app

Not to happy with the bank
I’d like to start off saying that my husband and I use this account as our shared account and when we transfer money from this account or to this account the bank sometimes moves the money back to the account it came from with our our acceptance or approval. Which has put us in the negative and then we are charged 36 dollars for this action that we did not permit. This isn’t the only thing I don’t like about this bank that’s just the first I could name more but I won’t

Don’t like it. The old app was much better.
Crashes Too Often
They finally fixed the bill pay so that you can set the date a payment is due instead of the trial and error method of guessing the date to send the payment, but the app is down or crashes on a regular basis.
Terrible updates
The new UI is terrible across the website and app. Used to be able to copy and paste transactions into my spreadsheet. Now there’s a silly icon next to any deposit that throws off the alignment. Why mess with something that isn’t broken? I can’t even view pending transactions any more.
Switching banks just cause of the technology side always failing. After hours it doesn’t work

Buggy
The app is down for maintenance or experiencing internal errors on a near daily basis.
Mobile deposit
The mobile deposit is not easy to use. You have to flip your phone the opposite direction to take the picture of the back of the check. I live out of state so mobile deposit is all I can do.

Disappointed
I’m very disappointed in Republic Bank right now. I just lost some money, I was hacked straight out of my account. They advertise that they protect their clients from hackers on Facebook and treat them horribly behind the scenes. Looking for the updated app to protect myself hopefully won’t happen again. They didn’t even offer to help me, in any way shape or form.
