This application and entire online banking system is complete garbage and not user friendly , it has extreme optimization issues , extremely buggy , extremely slow , OTP and sync approval is very buggy Tech support is little to no help Would never recommend to anyone , will be clearing my account and opening with CIBC’s First Pay promptly .

This app is a headache
This app is absolute rubbish and needs a review and update. My login info is saved but I’m always being logged out. Trying to login, with correct info and it had locked me out. Putting in my secret answer and it’s saying check my internet connection or some other error. The app is terribly slow and annoying as well.

Still not it.
Jumping through hoops to access my accounts. Mandatory 2F authentication is annoying. No option for trusted devices. Some transactions arbitrarily need 2FA. Login crashes often. Transfers being returned constantly.

Everything this bank does is terrible and the app is just the same. Awful in every way.

It’s about time that Republic came out of the stone age, but in a world where apps work fabulously, this app is just awful.
It’s difficult, clunky, and is not intuitive. It’s difficult, if not impossible to load and doesn’t easily cater for overseas customers who don’t have access to a local cellphone.
Logging on is an absolute nightmare & this whole app could have been so much better!
