Graphics are pretty good and the exercises are solid

This tool allowed me to make a plan before going to the gym. Built in rest time and reminders to keep on pace. Very intuitive design.

By far, the best workout app that I have ever used.
Good way to kick start your routine
Love the ease of the schedule and choosing the exercises. Don’t feel like a big wuss cause it helps you start at reasonable weights - reps and times.
