Bluetooth

I love the actual motors, they are great for quick replacements of x13 motors I have installed about 12 of them. However the first one I need to adjust the rpm’s on at a Airbnb property that needs to run quieter, the app is worthless and won’t work on any of my iPhones or my iPad. I replaced a brand new ecm in a new furnace with the 6643 just to be able to adjust the rpm’s and the app won’t work.

Cant register

Once you enter your information it won’t let you log in. Waste of time. I should have read the negative reviews before purchasing the motor.

App never works

this app has cost my company a lot of money. The customer service has yet to answer. The first issue I had was I could not register an account now the Bluetooth sits at 25% and there is no customer support. Sat on hold for an hour yesterday and it went to a voicemail twice.

The app doesn’t work at all

I spent 20 looking for my motor ID cause the links in the app don’t work, only to be met with error multiple times and even when I finally got it working it won’t even pair anyways, so what’s the point????

Doesn’t work at all!!

Trying to program a motor and no matter what I do the app errors after connecting to the motor. The app just displays a generic unknown error after connecting. Nidec tech support said there is nothing they can do to
help. After spending all the time putting the motor in, I will have to return it to the supply store and get the OEM one as I need a special program.

Do yourself a favor and buy the OEM one if you need to program it. This looks like a long running issue where the app and programming most likely has never worked.

Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the trouble! We've fixed the issue with the Register button in the latest version of the app. Please update to the newest version and you should be able to create your account and log in as expected. Let us know if you have any further issues!

Can’t register via the app so makes it useless and updating the motor

Can’t make an account

First time downloading app can’t register an account I enter all information and then it sits there and you can’t click register only cancel and then it just takes you back and erases your information
