This is an exceptionally great app, I follow new research and also helps keep track of my research!
Too divergent from web version
App is lagging behind fue example on messages or sent paper. Basically useless!

The researches are linked to other authors just because of same names

Very slow working and OTP is get Emai only for only 20 minutes so it’s expired
Unable to display more than X research items
Whilst promising, the app offers limited functions as compared to the browser-based interface. The worst bug is that a list of research items is limited and the display fails miserably — more works become inaccessible.

Cannot access
Users can only create an account if they are a current, active academic. Without an account, you cannot access any content. Very disappointing.
Was looking forward to accessing this database more easily when away from my computer. Unsure why 100 % of content is behind a wall on this app, when the webpage is designed so differently.

Security check is not able to verify, even though entering correct credentials and OTP
This app is not able to verify, rolling up continuously and not allowing me to click and verify even though i am receiving OTP on my email. This is happening when i am entering my username ando password. The developer of this app must check. Also, the app must release latest version old version is not supported to iOS devices

No update on my account
Awful - Cannot access account
Stupid app thinks my iPhone is a new device and now I realize the account is using a dead email. Try to get help but the cloudflare nonsense just blocks me - spinning and doing nothing.

Disappointing at best
For days I’ve been trying to get into the app. Its internal system makes it impossible. I forgot my password and and try to set up a new password. But on my phone, it never lets me “save” the new password. what a frustrating system!!
Impossible to login
You try to login and while doing it you get this cloud flare verification page that gets stuck forever
Not so good anymore
First of all, the content in the app and on the website never matches. Second, the „recommending system“ seems to be glitching since the last version or so. Colleagues and myself have noticed that suddenly items that were never marked as „recommended“ suddenly do show as „recommended“ to the user and other accounts plus others that HAVE BEEN recommended aren‘t displayed as such anymore. Whats going on?!

Cloudflare no longer working with Safari browser
Recent changes to the ResearchGate Cloudflare check don’t complete check. Other browsers and devices such as a PC work fine.
