Excellent and supportive. Having worked with Sarah since last year on her alcohol free challenges, it’s the only thing that has helped me become alcohol free. So it was a no brainier to get this app. And I have been struggling a bit lately and using this app has saved me big time. The voice note from Sarah in particular during a craving was brilliant. The journal part is fantastic.

I recently started using Reset and am very impressed with its functionality and design.
It streamlines my daily tasks and has become an essential app to keep me accountable and has tools to help me at every stage of my sober journey. I particularly like the coaches voice messages, which are very effective when I have a wobble.
I highly recommend it for simplifying my daily sober routine.

Love this app!
This app is perfect for what I need. I’m currently nearly 7 months sober and love the support that I can get easily and timely. There are links to podcasts, meditations, and much more. It is so much more than just a way to track the number of days being sober!

Reset has become such an important part of my alcohol-free journey. It’s filled with thoughtful tools that help me stay motivated, focused, and connected to the reasons I chose this path. I love being able to see my progress, celebrate milestones, and revisit my personal "why" whenever I need a reminder. The podcasts and daily words of encouragement give me support when I need it most, and the journal is a safe space to reflect and practise gratitude. Every time I open the app, I feel encouraged, supported, and reminded that I’m not doing this journey alone. Thank you Sarah and team.

All at the touch of a button
Sarah’s app Reset is state of the art support whilst trying to reduce alcohol consumption. It has everything available 24/7. Journaling, gentle reminders, all the stats of the journey to date (for the stats nerds!) and even voice recordings from coaches when we are feeling a little low. I highly recommend this app to everyone wishing to change their relationship with alcohol coupled with her 30 day online course. Both brilliant!

This is exactly what Ive been looking for! Awesome app! I can keep a track of where Im at, Daily Journaling, Tool kit with access to podcasts and recordings from Sarah.. it's really that good! Highly recommend this to anyone starting an alcohol free journey or even if you just want to cut back.. 20/10 from me!!

Wonderful Sober/Sober Curious App
I love this app. I’ve been sober for 7 months now and with the addition of this app on my sober curious journey, I’m able to keep myself accountable, jot down my thoughts, track my moods, and much more. Thank you Sarah!!
Worth weight in gold
It’s like having a personal councillor at hand 24/7. When you wake at 3am in a sweaty fluster and need someone to talk to soothe the negative self talk. This app is like a vault of gold ingots.
Empowering AF women
Sarah’s book set me on a journey to be alcohol free as a life choice, and 2+ years later, I am thrilled to see the Reset application as a new tool, especially for women on their own alcohol free lifestyle paths. It’s both motivating to see each AF day unfolding and encouraging with the option to seek out a coach for additional support. Thank you, Sarah and team, for creating this amazing space!
