If you’re seeking peace, personal growth and greater awareness this app is one of the best. There’s a wide variety of meditations from 20 minute subject related topics, to 5 minute micro meditations, to sleep enhancement to guided courses. Fleur has a soothing voice with teachings that offer tranquility and inner peace. 🙏

Happy Days

Using this app brings joy to an otherwise average day, from anywhere, in only a few minutes. Fleurs guidance is like a warm hug from a friend & she has the simplest tips & tricks to take mindfulness into everyday experiences. Give it a go, I’m a HUGE fan!

Terrific Mediation Guidance

I’m a big fan of the meditations in this app and the simplicity of the design. Fleur is an excellent teacher - I discovered her when she was highlighted on another app and have found her consistent, science-based approach to meditation and mindfulness transformational.

If there was a way to do the little reflections and voice memo responses like Fleur’s courses on her other platform, I would gladly pay more for the subscription. That bit of engagement and coaching is worth it’s weight in gold.

I keep coming back to Fleur’s meditations time and time again, as her words seem to offer the right support and the right time, every time.
