Honestly the only saving grace is that it actually works. This is my second round a few years before my first which was life-changing for me. But in saying that if I need another round in the future and another provider exists then I will be going with them instead of Nerva.

New music is bad
The new musical idents at the start and end of sessions are very jarring. They are low bit rate, they are mixed very loud compared to the session (and other phone media) audio which is quite startling, and if you close your screen while one is playing, the session audio won't even start. It's also just entirely unnecessary. It cheapens what used to be a very premium experience significantly.
