I’m a Believer
This app is so great, with the educational aspect paired with the hypnosis. I have suffered from back pain for many years and had spinal decompression surgery, but the pain persisted.
I did the 6 week program and I continue to do the hypnosis every day. Many times I do the hypnosis multiple times per day.
I love that the app just picks the hypnosis for you each day. Sometimes I get overwhelmed trying to pick a meditation out from the many options on YouTube or the Calm app. Less wasted time searching means more meditating and more relief!
I’d suggest a two tier price model for those of us who have completed the program and just want access to the hypnosis sessions. But it’s still worth every penny!

Finally some hope
I’ve lived with recurrent pains in my back for the last 30+ years. There’s never been a formal diagnosis, a major trauma or injury etc. I’ve paid tens of thousands of dollars over the years seeing various therapists – physio, chiro, osteo, massage. Was always just a revolving door of see you next week.
The simplistic education and calming Hypnos seem to be having a really positive affect on me. I’m only halfway through the program but have very high hopes for the future.

My special place
I would like a special place all for my self in real time. It’s so relaxing. And my pain dose die down a bit well I am listening to the program.
Avoid dealing with this company
I used this app last year but stopped using it at least 8 months ago. Two months ago I had a Visa charge for $249 for a company I didn’t recognize (Nerva). It was the parent company for this app. Without my knowledge or consent they charged me for an automatic annual renewal. I contacted Visa to dispute the charge. I also immediately contacted Nerva. They have refused to refund me my $249, stating it is not their refund policy. They did however cancel the subscription.

Serious glitches every night - it won’t open
I paid $200 for this and every night after day three it doesn’t open no matter what I do. I cannot get the hypnosis part to open or any kind of audio. I sign out and sign in, sign out and sign in, sign out and sign in and eventually, I can get it to work. I was told to delete the entire app and reinstall it, which I did —same problem. Then I was told maybe there is not enough storage on my phone. I have plenty of storage and it does play after I sign out, sign in, sign out, sign in, sign out, sign in over and over. So for $200 this is not worth it. I’m still not sure what I’m gonna do. I did ask for a refund but the problem is it is a good app. It really is but it’s unusable. So I don’t know. I’ve got a ticket into them and I’m gonna see what we can do. Another thing I’m gonna ask them to do is stop with that AI email every day. There’s this AI response of one sentence saying “we’re still waiting to hear your answer” after I submitted a problem, and even when I have answered. It’s clear it’s AI and it’s really getting on my nerves. To be honest, I don’t think the customer service is that good. The answers are just those kind of answers you get like when you call Xfinity. Not once have they said we need to escalate this to IT.
