Good but…
It’s helped with reducing back pain but many videos have glitches.. some worse than others.

I’ve tried many core/hip apps. This is the best. Why?
1. One week of onboarding. And if you don’t feel ready then, do another week
2. Sequence of movements gets the body going
3. Demonstrations and focus on lower back safety is excellent

Effective PT for Cheap
Everything about this program is perfect. The exercises don’t use equipment, the timeframe of each video is appropriate for busy people, the movements are effective, and all in a structured, step-wise program. It’s perfect. I feel so much better after one 15-minute video and my body appreciates the movements during the videos as well. Very freeing for people who live in the anti-ergonomic modern world.
