Used to be a good app
Years ago this was a great app to find what shoes would fit well. Unfortunately the shoes are a few years out of date at this point and the devs have focused on useless ai chatting rather than its actual useful features.
Hide subscription fees
There is a cheap 7 days trail but, if your not careful the follow of the app takes you to some online doctor, if you press the button to look inside you get charged £19 straight away! Lucky my card blocked it! Also, they tried to take £39.99 a few days later! The cancel it was a nightmare too, they want to you contact their support team, then fill out an a long online form.

SUBSCRIPTION TRAP-Avoid at all Costs!
This company uses 'dark patterns' to make it nearly impossible to cancel. They push you to sign up on their website so you can’t manage the subscription through the App Store. I tried to cancel months ago, yet they continued to charge me $295 for an app I never used once. Their support (Great Apps) refused a refund despite zero usage logs. Honestly, a simple, free YouTube video on my specific issue was 100x more helpful and didn't cost me $300. This is a total scam designed to bleed your bank account. Go to YouTube instead!

Misleading
I was charged two amounts without clear authorization, and the app experience was materially different from what was shown in the advertisement that led me to purchase. When I attempted to request a refund right away, the process was unexpectedly difficult and required unreasonable proof. Overall, this felt misleading and poorly handled.

Total Scam do not fall for
This ‘company’ charged me 3 times in one month, wants to charge you $35 for exercise you can get for free. Don’t be a sucker like I was.
