All You Need

Excellent resource for cycling. As a yoga practitioner and teacher of over twenty years, I approve and appreciate everything offered here.

Not for the feint of heart

If you aren’t in great shape, aren’t that flexible, don’t have great balance, have never done yoga, can’t plank for 45 seconds or more, can’t change yoga positions like a ninja, this isn’t the program for you. This goes too hard, too fast, and too technical for anyone other than someone who is already doing yoga or Pilates. There is no slow ramp up. Sure, they have a one week “intro” which gives some basics. But there is no feedback, no way to tell the app to ease up. You need to search for what you want. Not very intuitive, very broad categories to start with and poor descriptions of what to expect. I’m going to stick with it because I can see the benefits down the road, hopefully. But after a little over a week, I’m in pain in places I don’t think I should be, and mostly this program makes me want to ride less, because rather than complementing the riding, it is wearing me down to where my body hurts and I’m dying. And that’s just from the intro course.

Does what it says on the tin

I love this app. With all the confusing info out there about strength and flexibility it’s very hard to get some sort of consistency that you know will benefit. Influencers all touting the one key exercise that will make your cycling better. We all know there are no quick fixes but if you aren’t an expert it’s hard to know how to move forward. This is why I love this app. It’s done all the hard thinking for you. Is it clever? Does it have beautiful shiny bells and whistles. No. But it doesn’t need to. My strength is definitely improving and more importantly, my lower back which was a constant source of agitation has stabilised.

Great App

Keeping me away from the Physio, I’d highly recommend it, my lower back pain has vastly reduced

Suits me

As a lifetime non stretcher I decided to give this a go to try and free up my 53 year old ex cyclists body. No silly impossible stretches that just irritate you because you can’t do them.No silly jargon terms that you don’t understand. Just a pretty short, daily routine, well explained and demonstrated, and plenty of additional stuff if you desire more.
Reasonable price I’d say, and weirdly….(for me as a lifetime non stretcher) kind of addictive, especially now after just over 3 weeks I can feel it working. I want more!! I

Thank you DC esp Alisha. Calm and excellent descriptions to get perfect form 🙏
