Not just pain relief

This app is helpful for other neuroplastic symptoms besides pain relief. It is also effective for anxiety, insomnia and/or other chronic symptoms that have not been overcome with medical treatment. I have been able to understand that my hip pain is not harmful and that accepting the pain as discomfort that might hurt but will not harm me has been very effective in lowering the pain to where it is not even something I think about anymore. And my anxiety has also diminished as I do the (non-physical) exercises and journaling that come with the app. The coaching has been very helpful; especially the acceptance and knowledge that is abundant. What I like about this app is that I can go to it whenever I want but am not required to attend a certain number of times. It is like having a therapist there for me whenever I need it. I would highly recommend this app.
