How am I supposed to decide if this app works to help calm me if the only one I can try without upgrading is the Ocean Bliss?

Incredibly helpful for healing my vagus nerve. More powerful for me than any of the benzos and opiates doctors prescribe.

Soothing
I struggle with anxiety. I have been reading about Vagus Nerve treatment for two years. I was happy to find out about Vagus vibe. I find after three treatments that it brings me into the here and now. After only a short time, I cannot tell you if it’s the treatment or a placebo effect. I do feel better so I’m going to continue and then I will update my review.
