Overpriced

This app stopped working and it took a month for them to fix. But it is good again now. I suppose you’re paying for the WhatsApp based support person to chat to. This could be helpful if just starting in your chronic illness and trying to get your head around how this sort of breathing might work. But for me it’s way too expensive and I regret letting the yearly payment go through.

Simply life changing

After downloading the app I was a bit skeptical as I’m being advertise a lot of similar programs but Meo actually works for you. It’s a bit of an habit to create but when you get to it, the results are amazing. My brain fog is lifting, some of my symptoms are getting so much better and less reactive. I HIGHLY recommend it!!

Really frustrated by the July 2026 update

I used this program daily for six months and loved it, but the recent app update has made it unusable for me. The two primary issues I have now are the increased speed of the sound cues which feels hyperventilative, and the inability to run the program in the background or with the screen off. Neither change appears to be adjustable or optional and I am incredibly disappointed to lose access to the version of a program that had worked so well for me for half a year. Abrupt and unexpected changes like this are damaging, not supportive, of the nervous system, and I’m sure I’m not the only chronically ill member/user to find it upsetting. If you are able to make these changes optional, please let me know and I will gladly return.
