No funcionan para descargar historias

Pagué por la versión pro para descargar historias y resulta que aparece como si el perfil no hubiese publicado historias, me pasa con todos los perfiles a los que les consulto las historias y esto lo hago después de haber verificado que si tienen historias activas. Me parece un robo, pagué por algo que no funciona 😓

BEWARE — NOT WORKING

Thank you for your patience.” — This is posted on their website, hidden away. Hasn’t worked for ages. They don’t respond to reviews on here either, so no clues if it will ever be fixed.

Cannot upload from Instagram. Constantly says no content in 24 hours which is not true.
